Reston, Va. — August 25, 2022, — Concept Solutions, LLC continues our commitment to quality, IT service, and information security management processes with a successful Integrated Management System (IMS) certification based on the following values from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC): ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 (IT Service Management) and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security).

ISO 9001 is a set of standards for quality management systems based on principles such as strong customer focus, support and involvement from top management, continuous improvement for process maturity, and a foundation for risk management.

ISO/IEC 20000-1 is a service management system (SMS) standard that specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and improve an SMS.

ISO/IEC 27000 is a family of standards that helps organizations keep information assets secure. Using these standards help organizations manage the security of assets such as customer data, financial information, intellectual property, employee details, and information entrusted by third parties.
