ConceptSolutions Earns 3rd Consecutive Virginia Business Best Places to Work Honor!

For the third consecutive year, Virginia Business and Best Companies Group have selected ConceptSolutions as a 2015 Best Places to Work in Virginia finalist. The comprehensive list was announced in the February 2015 issue of Virginia Business Magazine.

The annual statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Virginia. This distinction is bestowed upon companies with excellent ratings in several employee-focused categories such as corporate culture, benefits, engagement, and leadership.

The 2015 Best Places to Work in Virginia list comprises 100 companies chosen from an original pool of 150 companies split into three categories—small employers (15-99 employees), medium employers (100-249 employees), and large employers (250 or more employees). ConceptSolutions ranked 47th out of 63 small employer finalists.

Participating companies across the state entered the two-part assessment process. Employers completed a survey evaluating workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. Employees of the various employers also completed a survey measuring the employee experience. Best Companies Group analysts then used the survey feedback to determine the strengths and opportunities of participating companies, which is used for ranking determinations.
