ConceptSolutions Earns Second Consecutive Fantastic 50 Ranking
Concept Solutions LLC, an information management and Enterprise Web 2.0 technology consulting company serving government, military and commercial organizations has earned its second consecutive Fantastic 50 Ranking from the Virginia Chamber of Commerce with a ranking of 45. The Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s Fantastic 50 is a list of the 50 fastest-growing companies in the state.
“We are very proud to have once again earned this ranking,” said Phong Mai, ConceptSolutions President and CEO. “This recognition reflects the continued dedication from all of our staff, and we are excited to carry this success into our future.”
ConceptSolutions followed up strong performance in 2009 with a successful 2010, which saw major contract wins and add-ons. During 2010, ConceptSolutions continued impressive growth, adding 70 employees and finishing the year with $25M in revenue.
“These growing companies are proof positive that optimism is very much alive in Virginia’s business community,” said Barry DuVal, President and CEO of the Virginia Chamber. “Small businesses are the economic engine of the Virginia economy, creating jobs necessary to revitalize the Commonwealth’s economy following the recent worldwide financial crisis.”
The Fantastic 50 award program is sponsored by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Cox Communications, Inc., Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, SunTrust Bank, Virginia Business Magazine and the Westfields Marriott. The networking reception prior to the awards banquet was sponsored by SAIC and Hunton & Williams. Multi-media and program sponsors include Washington Gas, Fairfax County Economic Development Authority and In Your Ear. Nominations for the Fantastic 50 were sought statewide from local chambers, economic development organizations, small business development centers and through the sponsors’ networks. Companies could also nominate themselves. To be eligible, companies were required to be privately held, with headquarters in Virginia, and to show sales between $200,000 and $100 million. They were judged on a four-year sales revenue history. Verification of all award entries was conducted by the accounting firm of Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP.
