ConceptSolutions Celebrates its 12th Anniversary
On March 17, 2011, ConceptSolutions celebrates its 12th anniversary. Founded in 1999 with two partners and two commercial contracts before adding a third partner months later, ConceptSolutions provided business intelligence solutions to the telecommunications industry, finding data patterns in large volumes of data pertaining to customer install/disconnects and revenue. Shortly after 9/11, ConceptSolutions began its transition into the government sector, applying its sophisticated data analysis techniques to manage Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) airspace awareness and security, again finding data patterns in large volumes of data, but now searching for risks to the US Airspace. Today, ConceptSolutions holds a number of different contracts within the FAA and has branched out, serving other government organizations including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Defense (DoD). ConceptSolutions now consists of nearly 200 employees, is 100% government-focused, and is continually growing, finishing 2010 with $25M in revenue.
